Survey update

Keeping this one short and sweet.
Surveys should be going out soon! Sending out test surveys to a few backers first to make sure i didn't mess things up, then the rest will go out wednesday.
Test print is a bit delayed due to feedback on the print sheets, but I will be aiming to resolve that by end of week, but in general means we are on a much better progress track.
Also: canny backers may have noticed the lack of expansion pack in the print sheets. For those in that reward tier, never fear--- It ended up making more sense to fold the room expansion into the base game---> expect a question on this on your surveys on how you'd like this to be resolved, either to help me pay for shipping or to get a partial refund.

Ahem. Winnie here. I've been out sampling boxes and packaging, making sure we are ready to go.
Unfortunately I've been a bit..preoccupied, as a bit of a Tangled Incident We Will Not Speak of resulted in me being drugged against my will and taken to The Place We Do Not Speak Of. That being said, I was able to successfully harass my interns into letting me know what's up.
So someone whose name I will not mention forgot that surveys require the word Backerkit to be invoked before we can start sending them out, so expect to see them roll out early next week instead of this one. Apologies!

The other plus side is the time this month was used to procure backup plans and the following plan for delivery:
tariffs: at no cost to you!
shipping: at no cost to any original backer. those who buy in via preorders/during pledge manager will pay 10$, and have to buy in at a bit higher price than those who backed at start.

Winnie here with the latest and greatest and a quick update.
While manufacturing is going along generally smoothly...there's a reason I told Ian to hold off on surveys.
So as you all are probably aware, there's a certain fat cat that's causing a bunch of things I don't understand called "tay-riffs". Ian has tried to explain them to me, but I am too busy with other details to understand.
Now, after Ian denied all of my brilliant tax fraud/labeling schemes, we instead are going to survey end of May. This is fur two reasons:
1: in case things somehow get less crazy soon, hooray! we can deliver without drama. (and free shipping!)
2: in case things don't get less crazy, a month or two buys time for me to go moonlighting at a cat cafe, because it's important to me (and Ian!) that we don't put these extra costs on you backers.

An update from me, Winnie, being hard at work on the final tweaks and adjustments.
The draft for the test run has been sent to the manufacturer. Updates to come next week on adjusted timelines as a result.
Surveys will be going out next Friday.

Ahem. Weekly reminder to please admire, the great Winnie.
I have also been informed that my purrview of the estimate has come back after my hard work at night. See me below hard at work.
Ian obliged to let me know that by some miracle, the estimate is a bit under what we expected for manufacturing. Purrsonaly I wanted to use it to get him better ways to capture my beauty, but he insisted we ask you all your thoughts.
Options:
A) a few of the cards currently will have to be duplicated to fit the 5-6 player max count. Acquire some final assets.
B) use this to minimize backer shipping costs
C) hold on to it for now in case something unexpected happens, but then use it for B.
